Bay Pointe Yoga Club

The Bay Pointe Yoga Club; the BPYC, will be offered to anyone in the community interested in participating.

The mission is to teach residents how to release tension throughout their body and mind in a safe and highly effective yoga program. This form of yoga practice believes that in order for the body to let go of built up tension, the muscles must be resting. A working muscle is tight and short. A muscle that is fully supported can rest and lengthen. Therefore the poses to be used will be supported with blocks, balls, and chairs. This creates a safe environment for everyone, including seniors.
